This was the last cake of the year. I think it was the hardest cake I've done so far. And...I dont like it. (sigh)...I think that the back part of the truck should have been so much bigger/taller! It would have changed the entire cake!
The cake went over very well at the birthday party. I received many compliments on it..
When I take a look at the photos it doesn't look so bad. :)
I suppose you are your own worst critic.
