Baby Shower Sheep! (boy)
I think that the sheep and block cake pops have to be some of my favorites! They can be a little trying...but they're so sweet!!
On a bit of a side note I'm having a 'flavourful' contest on my facebook page! Come check it out!!

Red pops
I've mentioned before that I LOVE when people give me little to no direction when they place orders. I enjoy the creative freedom! But sometimes...I struggle to come up with designs especially with nothing to go on. With these pops the 'clue' I was given was 'She likes red'
.... ok...
Red pops!!
I thought and thought and thought and came up empty. And kept coming up empty. Then I kind of scrolled through a few weak ideas but nothing I really liked. So I took myself for a stroll down the isles of the Bulk Barn! I needed some inspiration!!! I always find great ideas there!! Ingredients / moulds / colours ... But again I seemed to struggle. I found a mould with a few nice designs and ... I went with it. These are the pops that came from all that.
They're kinda cutesy.. they're definitely red!! :) My favorite are the birds! :)

Baptism Cake/Egg free
This simple baptism cake is 100% egg free! At first it was a bit of a struggle to get to 100% but in the end it turned out great!! And now I know what to look for and what not to use!! :)
EGG FREE CAKE RECIPE
Egg Free Cake(not my recipe - the lady who requested egg free passed it on to me - not sure where she got it..)
1.5 c flour
1 c sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup oil
1 c cold water
Combine ingredients and pour into greased pan or muffin tin. Bake in oven(350) until done , when cake springs back to the touch or a toothpick comes out clean. Time varies on the pan you use, 15 to 30 minutes possibly.
Turned out GREAT!! :)

Baby shower ruffles!
I love these cupcakes. They're from a while ago...didn't realize they were still sitting in a folder waiting to be uploaded :) So here they are. Cute. Pink. Ruffly.(Is that really a word? hah) With tiny buttons and bows for the welcome party of a baby girl. <3
I've tried ruffles before...while they look easy...it always seems to take some time to get the shapes right! This involves icing the cupcakes then wiping the icing off and trying again until its pretty!

3D Thomas Cake!
I am over the moon with the way this cake turned out!! It took a LOT of hours and it was a lot of fun!!
Last year I made a Thomas cake for the same little guy but it was 2D so when I was asked to do another one this year I decided to step it up a little :) Originally I was thinking about picking up a 3D train cake tray from the bulk barn but I held up the tray to the biggest cake board and the mould was much to big! I would not have been able to fit the Annie & Clarabel (A must!!! as requested by Noah) So I eyeballed it and made layers on layers of cake to get the shapes right!
I was told that Noah (the birthday boy) went around telling his guests that 'Molly made it' Heheh that makes me so happy!! (NOTE* we've never met!!) lol
I'm so very proud of this cake <3 Can't wait to see what we do next year ;)
